Simply drop an email to us at joan.n.co@live.mail stating which item/s you're interested in, as well as your mailing address.
We will reply to your email within one day as soon as we get your orders. So check out your inbox as often as you can!
The items are tagged as pending if we are waiting for payment to arrive. However, we still welcome you to drop email of interest on that item so that we can contact you, should the previous buyer withdraws.
As there are limited stock for most items, please do confirm your purchase within two days after you have emailed us. Or else it will go to the next keen buyer.

Please clear all doubts before placing orders as no refund/exchange will be entertained.

Joan & Co provide additional bubble wrapping on top of the usual bubble envelope. Necklaces/Bracelets will be packed in a little box with gift cards.

Methods of delivery

Postage includes handling charges.
Postage charges will depend on the weight and size of the items, as well as the postage mode you choose.
Prices for Normal Mail and Registered Mail for the particular item are stated at the bottom of the same page.
All prices seen do not include postage, so do remember to add in the postage charges to your items to get the total price.

Joan & Co will not be liable for any LOST/DAMAGED items during the mailing process. However, we will have the integrity to ensure that items are carefully wrapped with clearly written recipient address and a full return address.
Please note that items sold are NON-EXCHANGEABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE. We also do not engage in trading activities.
If you decided not to purchase the items after expressing interest, kindly email to inform us at least or your email address will be posted under the dead buyers' section.

Care Instructions

Remember to store your charms at a cool storage place not expose to sunlight nor much air when you aint wearing them, this reduces the chance of your favourite necklace turning rusty!
Also be careful not to expose your necklaces under the hot sun or when you are sweating alot! This will damage your favourite charms. Take them down and keep it in your pocket. And remember to take it out before you dump your clothes into the washing machine. Otherwise you will find it in your dog's mouth the next moment!
